The gift set will include a large wax burner or a wax melt container, 2 reusable wax melt liners, 8 Tealights, 100ml diffuser, 480g(70cl) candle, 100ml Room Spray, 4 large snap bars and small snap bars with the crystals and roughly 270g of brittle.
The reusable wax melt liners allows you to change your wax without having to clean the burner, just allow it to cool down until it hardens and pop it out.
Individual candles will be 4.4oz and come with crystals around the top. PLEASE REMOVE CRYSTALS BEFORE LIGHTING
Candle Safety / Instructions
Burn for at least 2 hours to begin with or until the melted wax pool reaches the glass. This will help prevent tunnelling
Do not burn for longer than 3-4 hours at a time. If within this time your melt pool doesn’t reach the jar don’t stress. It will catch up on the next burn.
Always burn candle within sight, keep away from drafts, do not burn near flammable items / surfaces, keep away from children and pets, keep away from any vibrating / moving surfaces.
Only burn on heatproof surface as candle jar can become very hot.
On every new burn make sure to trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch and isn’t bent.
Never use water or the candle jar lid to extinguish flame. A candle snuffer is the perfect tool for this.
Reusable Gift basket, decorative shredded paper and cellophane bag. Please note that the gift sets shall have items individually included for you to create the basket. This is so that there is no damages from the items being loose in transit.

Hi Alphena’s Melts,
I just want to start of by saying how amazing Zoe’s customer services is and how wonderful she is at her business. I received the zen collection around 2 weeks ago and I was completely blown away with it. When opening the box the packaging was impeccable and the little personalised note just added a lovely touch. When going through all of the products I love the packaging of every product, the candle especially. The candles look stunning with the little crystals on top. I started burning the candle in the afternoon until that evening. Even the next morning you could still smell the aroma of the scent which was fabulous. I think the crystals is an amazing little touch, as I have still kept the crystals after burning the candle. Next I want to talk about the diffuser which probably is my favourite thing from the zen collection. I have been using my diffuser for just over a week and the diffuser still smells as strong as it did when I first started to use it. I have found with many diffusers that after a few days you can not smell it as strong however this is the complete opposite with Alphena’s melts. I received the scent snow angle scent which I would 100 percent recommended to anyone who loves a sweet but clean smell. In the zen collection they also have a room spray, which I have never used before having this one from the collection. So it was really interesting to use this product. I received the scent lemon, when using the room spray I found that the scent was so nice. I sprayed my entire house before leaving for work and I could still smell it after being out for many hours. I was throughly impressed with this product. Finally the snap bar you get with the collection is fantastic. I love the fact that there is crystals in the snap bar as well. I received the scent amethyst which is gorgeous. It is a lovely clean scent. I have used the whole bar already lol it’s that good. This is one of the first company’s that I have seen using crystals in there amazing work. I think it is an amazing little touch and makes the products just feel that little bit better. I just want to say a massive thank you to Zoe and a massive well done 👏 with this awesome collection. You should be really proud.❤️
